The hot plate also features one trouble-free manual heat control valve per burner and uses a standing pilot ignition system to start up.</p><p>The front, sides, and top ledge of the hot plate are constructed out of stainless steel making it incredibly durable. It comes with two heavy-duty cast-iron top grates that will withstand the bustling environment of a commercial kitchen for years.
