It features a single stainless steel tank with an oil capacity of 30 pounds and comes equipped with two fry baskets.</p><p>The countertop fryer runs on propane and boasts a total of 53,000 BTU/hr of power. The fryers four stainless steel jet burners heat the oil up to a maximum temperature of 400F (204C).
