Its constructed out of 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish thats guaranteed to stand up in high traffic kitchens. The chamber is made from a single piece of 316 stainless steel and features coved corners that make for an easy clean.</p><p>Operating and maintaining the steamer couldnt be easier thanks to the fully removable panel and simple controls. It features a 60-minute electric timer as well as a three-way power switch that turns the machine on, off, and sets it to de-lime.
